A large nave of 3,500m2 dedicated to boating professionals in the Mediterranean
The Navy Service is proud to present its new investment project: the great nave of the West Park. After an extension of 8 hectares, the new dock for 35m boats, the 120 ton Travelift and the creation of the 500m2 building for the Marine Service company, it is the turn of the large 3,500 m2 nave to see the light of day.
the project
Promote an old existing building to make it a workspace for boating professionals. This nave of 3,500 m2 will be divided into 4 individual parts, i.e. 3 parts of 1,000 m2 and one of 500 m2. Each company that rents this space will be able to adapt it to its activity.
space
The structure will be created so that it can accommodate boats up to 30m long and 8.95m high. As a result, each nave will have its own individual hangar door 12m wide for 8.95m high, letting the Travel Lift 50 tons pass. The width of the entrances also allows the passage of multihulls being less than 12m wide.
A space designed for your business
At the back of the building, each company will also benefit from its own entrance for its staff, its private water inlet, leaving the possibility of fitting out the toilets as needed. In order to offer optimal working conditions to our future partners, a ventilation system is planned to have a freshly ventilated space in summer, and effective insulation in winter.
An eco-responsible project
The choice to conserve and enhance an already existing structure makes it possible to reduce the consumption of raw materials. From the energy point of view, the 3,500m2 nave will be fully equipped with a Photovoltaic roof.
