Wintering is coming to an end, your boat has spent the last few months preparing for good weather. It's time to take stock of the conditions for your departure before the start of the season, and to organize yourself so that you can only keep the best of your trip.

 

Preparing your boat before the big departure

Monohull or multihull, you took the time this winter to check the good condition of your sails and your ropes, the lively works have surely been maintained and repainted with your favorite antifouling. After carrying out engine maintenance, checking your batteries, your electrical and water circuit, as well as a general control of the armament, it is time to get afloat for this start to the season!

Also make sure you have the necessary documents in order to be in good standing, such as the insurance of your boat, your flag/deed of francization certificate as well as your passport if your project extends beyond our borders. But you will also need reliable safety equipment, suitable for your travel project, such as: hazard lights, nautical maps and documents, a revised life raft, a distress beacon, enough lifejackets, a GPS and a VHF. After making the complete water and diesel fuel, it's now time to set sail!

 

Launching and returning to port

You have taken stock, everything is ready and now you just have to make an appointment for the launch of your boat. Our reception desk is open Monday to Saturday, of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and of 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.. Make sure to make an appointment a few days in advance to agree on a schedule that suits you, either on site or by phone at: 04 42 11 00 55, either directly on our page touch.

Once your appointment was made with our services, an hour has been set for you. Don't forget to install 4 moorings, front and rear, port and starboard as well as your fenders. If you have planned last-minute antifouling touch-ups, prepare your brushes and paint so you don't delay handling your boat.
